Self-Defense & Safety Awareness Workshop February 18th 1pm-3pm

The Palomar Family YMCA wants you to be as safe as possible! Come to this one day workshop and learn how to avoid dangerous situations and protect yourself from harm. Escondido Police Officer Mario Sianz and Tae Kwon Do leader, Fred Pellicio will teach you the skills necessary to stay safe. Ages 10+
