JUMP IN!

YOUTH SWIM LESSONS & TEAM SWIM

From first-time swimmers to our seasoned swimmers, Palomar Family YMCA offers a space to splash for everyone who wants to jump in the water. We offer lap swimming daily, family open swim, free parent/child swim lessons and even a therapy spa to relax in!

So... Learning to swim is fun at the Y whether you are 2 or 92! We offer monthly sessions of swim lessons for children and adults, tailored to age and ability level. These programs springboard into more specialized programming for all age groups.

Private swim lessons are also available from our qualified swim instructors. If you already swim like a fish, we offer competitive and non-competitive swim teams for youth age 6 through high school and Masters swim for ages 18 and up.
